ABOUT ME

I started this blog during my treatments with cancer in 2023 in order to share my own experiences, thoughts, and great health products I've found as I journeyed on the road to be more "Wholesome and Free".  I was diagnosed in February of 2023 with Triple negative Stage 3 Breast Cancer.  I have an amazing, supportive husband and five beautiful children.   In my posts, I'll share the emotional fight and details about what the surgeries and procedures were like.  I also share insights, encouragement, quotes and more that will hopefully give others an added measure of strength during their own challenges in life.  My purpose for this website is to share and uplift others.  We need each other.
